Any complaints about the service provided by the practice are best made in writing to Mr Simon Poole, our complaints manager who will deal with any concerns you may have promptly and in line with the NHS Complaints Procedure.

The practice has an "open door" policy to comments and suggestions and always welcomes patient opinion on the services provided. Please feel free to make your opinions known by word, telephone or in writing.
